Displays

As a guide to both experienced and prospective exhibitors/competitors of Thematics, the society is grateful to some of its members for allowing their displays to be shown here for educational purposes.

SteveEspana.jpg (65673 bytes)The late Steve Boorn, won the Harmers Diamond Jubilee Trophy for the best International Exhibit "The Heart is Life".
This was the first time that a thematic exhibit won the Prix d'Honneur at a National Show. It was a tremendous achievement for Steve and for thematics in general.
There were 39 national entries in all with seven winning gold medals - buy the best of all was a thematic entry.

The BTA Speaker List
One of the objects of the British Thematic Association (BTA) set out in its constitution is the provision of a panel of speakers willing to visit Societies. After several years BTA intends to bring this panel up to date. So would members who are willing to give thematic displays to Clubs/Societies please inform our Membership Secretary, they are willing to give thematic displays and the Theme.

Clubs or Societies wishing to book any of the above displays should contact the Membership Secretary, Please ensure you state which display you are interested in and a range of dates and times available.
