The programme for the meeting will be:-
1030am
Members’ displays of 12 sheets
1130-1145
Coffee Break
1145-1300
Guest Speaker John Leathes – Tigers and Submarines
1300-1415
Lunch
1415-1645
Thematic Workshop (with tea break)
Those members attending should bring 12 sheets from their latest
acquisitions and be prepared to talk on them for no more than 2 minutes.
The thematic workshop in the afternoon will include advice on
starting and building a thematic collection and examples of the full
range of thematic material available.
There is no charge for the meeting, coffee and tea will be provided.
Lunch will not be provided on the premises, but members may bring
their own sandwiches if they wish, for consumption in the main library
at the Royal, or use various local cafes or hostelries.
Members must sign the guest register at the Royal on entering the
premises and on leaving. They
are welcome to use the main library facilities during the day.
